CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
When you arrive at your Pure Montagne flat, you will be met by our local concierge, who will go through the check-in inventory with you, provide all necessary information specific to your flat and the resort, and then hand you the keys to the apartment and ski locker.
Before you leave, our concierge will come back to the flat, perform a check-out inventory with you to ensure the flat has been in left in the agreed condition (clean, nothing missing or broken), and take back the keys.
Contact details of our concierge service will be provided to you after you book, so that you can arrange convenient times for check-in (5pm or later) and check-out (11am or earlier).
CLEANING
We want all of our guests to feel at home when they arrive in our apartments. These will always be cleaned before you arrive so that you can settle down right away and start your holidays without delay.
It is part of our terms & conditions that guests should clean the apartment before they leave, and this will be verified during the check-out process. But we also understand that some of our guests would rather spend more time enjoying the last day of their vacation. If this is your case, we can arrange for an external cleaning company to do the work for you, at an additional charge (100% goes to the cleaning company). Please contact us if you would like additional information about this.
BED LINENS & TOWELS
Our flats are fully furnished with several two- and one-person beds. Should you not wish to bring your own bed linens, we can help organise linen hire services for you, at an additional charge (100% goes to the laundry service). Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any question.
At this stage towels (kitchen and bathroom) rental cannot be arranged yet, but we are working with our local partners to set up this service for your convenience.
